Send an email or a letter to your elected representatives. Tell them that noise levels
from aircraft flying above your home are intolerable. Tell them that you have difficulty
holding a conversation, at times even indoors because of aircraft noise.  Tell them
that using the telephone when a jet or helicopter is passing overhead requires a
pause in conversation until the aircraft has passed, because it is impossible to
hear the person on the other end of the phone.

Explain that you are a tax-paying property owner. Tell them that you are unable to
enjoy the full use of your property because noise levels from aircraft seriously
impede your right to your peaceful enjoyment of your property.

Ask that your representatives immediately push Congress for laws to regulate the
    currently unregulated helicopter industry.
